  • Andres is truly one of a kind!!! My husband and I have had the pleasure of training with him for about 2 months now. We were struggling with lack of motivation and accountability, and had several previous "false starts." We both have demanding professions, and were looking for someone to help us incorporate movement into our lives in a more meaningful way, focusing on both strength and mobility (with, of course, some aesthetic goals, too!). In November, we started training 3x per week, and after only a few short weeks, elected to increase our sessions for 4x per week just given how impactful they were, and our overall enjoyment working out with Andres! He blends evidence-based training with a great sense of humor and an incredibly positive attitude.
